Part Time Sales Associate

Job Summary

This position is subject to customer service, cashiering, inventory control, merchandising and general upkeep of the store. The Sales Associate receives guidance from the Manager and Supervisor.

Job Details

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer needs, assisting customers with selection and fittings

• Providing customers with excellent service, knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

• Be constantly informing yourself of product knowledge of stock 

• Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards,

• Maintaining store cleanliness, clean shelves, counters, tables, and floors.

• Ensuring that sales and refunds are processed in accordance with the store policy.

About you 

• At least 1 years previous retail experience

• Previous experience of working with cash registers

• Previous experience of working to sales targets 

• Previous experience of working as part of a team.

• Self-motivated

Days and Hours of Work

• This position will be as & when, scheduled based on store needs

Compensation 

• Based on experience and performance

• A store discount is offered to staff members after 1 month of employment.
